10,000 Workers to Build World’s Largest Solar Farm

The Guardian News portal brings the story of a mega solar farm in the works. The project will cover an area of almost 50 square miles and employ 10,000 people to build. Expecting to generate 10 gigawatts of energy, some of that energy will be cabled underwater to Singapore – almost 2,500 miles.
