Positive Future #31 (Feature photo – E Fan X Concept by Airbus – courtesy of Airbus press release)
Three of the world’s largest technology companies are collaborating to bring an aircraft to market that is driven by electric motors – reducing noise, pollution and cost.
As interesting as the new flight technology is the scope of cross-corporate collaboration. Involved in the venture are Airbus from France ($70 billion in annual revenues), Rolls Royce from the United Kingdom ($15 billion in annual revenues), and Siemens from Germany ($85 billion in annual revenues).
The world is seeing more frequent economic collaboration between nations – a trend that makes peace more profitable than war. In the past, France and Great Britain were enemies and then France and Great Britain were enemies of Germany.
