Curbed journalist Elija Chiland cover the story of the Los Angeles homeless – people on the rough edge of the national housing affordability crisis. It is a moving crisis. According to Los Angeles, 49,000 residents who were homeless found housing in 2019. The problem is that 55,000 new people became homeless.
