Amazon just opened its first people-less high-tech store in Seattle – which is the corporate home of Amazon. Cameras scan people continuously and work to keep their identities separate by keying in on things such as body mass. Hundreds of cameras watch body movements. In addition to keeping track of your movements and purchases, data about your preferences is also captured.

Children can cause problems because they move stuff. Store shelves are large scales that can monitor even small reductions in weight as items are removed from the shelves. It is the ultimate electronic surveillance of people who have given their identity when they come in by using a specialized app that they activate when entering. What do you think?
