Bright Farms has been making news. In January 2020, Bright Farms opened one of the world’s largest indoor greenhouse hydroponic operations. At 280,000 square feet (6.5 acres), the green house can produce 2 million pounds of fresh produce each year – that’s 5,500 lbs. a day. In other news.
