Canada’s Largest School District Starts Organic Farming Curriculum

Canadian CBC News brings us the story of the Toronto District School Board and their collaboration with non-profit Food Share to create an organic farm for students to learn and experience food production.

This could be big news if the program of integrating students into organic farming continues. The Toronto District School Board is Canada’s largest school board overseeing 560 schools and is the fourth largest in North America.
