On the heels of this lawsuit, news has emerged that Nikola Motors just sold 800 of its hydrogen hybrid electric semi-trucks to Anheuser Busch. This is a hefty sale. However, the sale is partly due to Nikola Motors agreeing to build out 28 hydrogen refueling stations.
