Delhi India, a special region that includes the capital of India, is a densely populated area of almost 30 million people. When a congested area like this, realizes that local food is as important as concrete and office buildings, you know a change of heart has taken place. The nation of India’s population of 1.4 billion, is now almost equal to that of China. While it’s not making headline news, the constant increase in food and agricultural consciousness, as a top national and global concern is a positive direction.
