CleanTechnica journalist Steve Hanley uncovers a rather disconcerting study. The Philippine Commission on Human Rights did a study on those responsible for climate change and the devastation wrought on the country by Tyhpoon Haiyan. Typhoon Haiyan was the deadliest Typhoon ever to hit the Philippines, killing at least 6,300 people in just the Philippines.

The study concluded that 47 of the world’s major oil companies played a clear role in anthropogenic climate change and its impact on the Philippines.
