Eating at the World’s Largest Factory

The factory is big and already has 7,000 employees on site. In a couple of years when it is all finished, it will be the largest building in the world with 2 million square feet. So how do people in a remote area outside of Reno have lunch?

The factory has a 19,000 square foot cafeteria. Access to food is also augmented by 20 food trucks from outside vendors. Journalist Steve Hanley with CleanTechnica news takes a closer look at how the food chain at the Tesla Gigafactory has evolved and now works:
