Phil Lempert ( has uncovered another story on the increasing tide of food allergies. The report that Lempert examines, interestingly, does not question how the most popular allergenic foods are grown, if there are genetic modifications, what chemicals were applied and how the genetic diversity of primary foods has become narrow.
