Agritecture directs us to the story how public and community forces work together for financing and development of a miracle in modern times. Taking a toxic site and turning it into a 9-acre urban farming campus in Chicago’s South Side is no small feat. The rejuvenation and revitalization of the land, buildings and sources of energy will cost $32 million dollars.
