The Shelby Report brings us news of Publix Super Markets. The company is beginning a pilot program in one of its GreenWise Markets to grow lettuce heads on-site at the store. Publix has partnered with Brick Street Farms, a Florida farming enterprise that grows everything in shipping containers.
