Growing Food in the Arctic

Towns in northern Canada – up in the Arctic Circle – face food insecurity. Having to fly food in is expensive and most children there lack access to fresh food. Non-profit Green Iglu is helping solve that problem by building igloo shaped greenhouses that can produce food in harsh environments.
