How Your Town Can Get an Electric Bus

Many municipal transportation companies must work hard to raise the capital to buy just one new bus. Depending upon size and features, new public buses can cost upwards of $800,000. Now, the world’s largest electric bus maker – BYD – has teamed with a finance partner which is starting with a $200 million fund to enable leasing the new buses.
