Is Poland Thinking Further?

DesignBoom news portal brings the story of Polish architectural Firm MJZ (https://m-j-z.com/). Poland is an Eastern European nation of 38.5 million people that is also a member of the European Union.

The architectural firm has created a proposal that changes most everything that we think of in the food chain. The final goal is creating food districts with small markets that would be accessible by everyone.

This is a major shift in thinking to remove the need for mediators (large processors and retailers) that reconfigure what food is and create the need for extended life products. You can read the story here:
