The Better India journalist Angarika Gogoi brings us the story of Manikandan Pattabiraman. He quit his IT job several years ago and now sells gardening kits to thousands of people. He also runs his own hydroponic farm that raises produce. His company is called Hyperfarms (https://hyperfarms.in/) where he designs sustainable farms that are profitable.
