New York to Build Seawall – Humanity Takes Historic Step into the Unknown

Most damaged by Hurricane Sandy is Staten Island in New York. Recently $615 million in funding has been approved to build a 5 mile seawall along the Staten Island shoreline. The seawall will be built the U.S. Corps of Engineer.
