Renewable Energy by the Numbers

EnergyCentral journalist Richard Brooks brings us the latest numbers on renewable energy from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. While the numbers are from 2018, they represent the latest data available. The big numbers include solar and wind energy that combined, increased generation capacity by 16.4 gigawatts. Theoretically, that could power over 11 million homes. That is a lot of new capacity in 1 year. You can read the full story here:
