Renewable Energy – One Third of Global Power Capacity

Access and availability to energy is the cornerstone of agriculture, housing and transportation. The International Renewable Energy Agency reports that one third of all energy is now generated by renewable sources. Most interesting is that most of the new capacity in renewable energy is coming from emerging and developing economies – not first-world nations.
