Swedish company Einride is developing an autonomous logging truck. Without a cab, the truck almost takes on a robotic personality. The goal is to cut costs. By eliminating the cab and the driver, a larger part of transportation costs can be eliminated.

Whenever costs are cut, so are jobs. How much will technology cut purchasing power and thus actually shrink the number of people participating in mainstream economics?

Nonetheless, robotics and autonomy is coming – strikingly in unison with the global expansion of food banking.
