Should Governments Supply People with Growing Gardens (Allotments)?

City Farmer News brings us the story of allotment gardening in England. Allotment gardening came into popularity in England in the 1800s as the government began providing lots to poor people so they could raise their own food. Allotment gardening in England has spiked this year and it is not unusual to have 18-month waiting lists. You can read the story here:
