Should We Tax Meat to Reduce Consumption?

Inhabitat Journalist Debbie Sklar, explores why Germany is considering more taxes on meat. The nation currently has a 7 percent tax on meat and is considering a 19 percent tax. The tax is intended to also improve animal welfare and combat climate change.
