The Rising Demand for Community Garden Plots

After decades of industrial farming, it is becoming more common knowledge that much of the food eaten has toxic residues and otherwise disrupted by excessive processing and preservatives. With a typical dinner plate having foods from thousands of miles away and differing countries, many foods are not what they are labeled to be. All of this uncertainty and distrust is driving a slow but steady trend towards food gardening.
