Over the years we all have seen honor-system farm stands along the road.  It sent a pleasing message from the farmer that he trusted us folks that were driving by and occasionally stopping.  While finding the right place for a farm stand is important, an honor system is far less complicated and takes less space than a fully staffed retail outlet.  You can watch the videos below to get some ideas:
