As one becomes familiar with the hundreds of business models that small and mid-size farms employ, there is a treasure-trove of ideas floating around. Almost by accident we found a listing of Farms in the United States as provided by Tripadvisor. When you first get to the landing page, it starts out with the first 30 farms. However, the listing is so deep that it ultimately contains summary data on over 3.400 farms. Most of the farms are agri-tourism destinations that capitalize on interfacing with the public. The farms also cover innovative farm to customer interfaces.
So if you are looking for something to do on your night off, that might end up giving you ideas to grow on, this site is worth exploring. You can access the list here:
