Many People in Moscow and St Petersburg Grow Part of Their Food.

Plentiful Lands journalist Naomi Bosch brings us the story of two Russian mega-cities. Moscow with a population of 12.5 million people and St. Petersburg with a population of 5.3 million people have in times past faced food austerity.
