Humic acid may be a secret golden egg for hydroponic growers. I watched the instructional video that the Organic Mechanic did for this product and noticed he said it could be used as a water treatment(it turns the solution dark). I was having an algae issue that was surely going to end up as root rot, so I purchased the humic. Within 3 days the algae was gone and my roots thickened and I haven’t looked back. Thanks Kelp4Less and the Organic Mechanic for saving my garden.

I just started using humic acid and see a difference in perkiness and hardiness already. I’m very excited to see the benefits over the rest of the growing season! Definitely recommended.

  3. Jim

I started using this humic acid after using the fulvic acid and discovered the benefits. Using the two together made for a super healthy plant, I used humic acid on the roots and the fulvic acid on the leaves. The benefits of the two made for stronger and healthier plants. Highly recommend.

CRUD! I just realized, 2 months into the growing season, that I’ve been forgetting to use humic acid in one of my garden plots… no wonder the plants there are of inferior size, health, and quality, ugh! They’re seriously 1/3rd the size of other plants I put in the ground at the same time.

It’s nearly midnight, and I’m going outside to rectify the problem right now… never again!

  5. SpitFire

This stuff is what beginner growers ahh about when you learn organic gardening!! The Shine and gloss and look of the plant after a dose of this will make you a believer!! As again Spitfire has his super drinks. All plants love this stuff but I noticed a visual difference in my pepper and herb and flower plants.. Try this: I call this the “Cappuccino” a world first ever exposed. Add Humic Acid and Azomite as root drench to your plants. The mixed liquid will look like a cappuccino drink. I have never seen better looking plants after this has been applied. I always use this recipe the day before I go show my pepper plants at shows, nurseries, ect!! Try your own recipes and never use chemicals again!! Thanx K4L, I love saving $

Great supplement. I use in conjunction with Kelp and Fulvic acid.

I have a sweet olive bush in my yard for years. Even with liquid fertilizers the leaves were always 1 to 2 inches long and the tips always turned brown. One application of humic acid drench to the ground and the leaves are now 4 inches long and no more browning of the tips. It’s startling how powerful this stuff is.
