Globally, 42 percent of People Cannot Afford a Healthy Diet

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) just released its report on the state of hunger in the world.  Interesting is that all major cities in the U.S. are concerned about the same thing, perhaps to a lesser degree than Sub-Saharan Africa.  It is almost as if every nation needs to establish a new kind of jobs program.  It would be called “Work for Food” where people can translate their work ethic, skills and time into food more easily than they can translate their work ethic skills and time into dollars.
