Bowery Farming is a New York based Company. It grows lettuce in large indoor vertical farms. The company recently made news as it attracted $300 million in new venture capital funding, which company officials claim is the largest in history for an indoor farming company. In all, the company has raised $472 million to date.
The company operates three commercial farming facilities and two R&D facilities. Bowery serves over 850 retail locations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
