When and where to use:
Start with early season soil preparations and supplement as needed during the grow cycle.
Storage:
Ensure bag is properly sealed and stored in cool, dry, dark place.
How to apply:
Mix into soil or broadcast before planting. Side dress late in the season, if needed. Sprinkle lightly at the base of plants or broadcast 10-30 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.
Precautions:
Care should be taken to not apply too much. In warm moist conditions, bacteria can break down blood proteins too rapidly creating too much ammonia. Too much ammonia can damage delicate roots.
