CNN news brings the story of how Kenya, a poor African nation, is launching the largest wind farm in Africa. Called the Lake Turkana Wind Power project, the 310 megawatt facility will supply 13% of the country’s electricity. With a population of almost 50 million, the nation is trying to set a sample for other economically challenged nations around it.
