Covid – Synonymous with Quadrupling Hunger in Latin America

Latin America, a continent of 20 nations and 642 million people, is being economically disrupted. Global Food Security Officials are warning of dramatic increases in hunger and a lack of access to adequate nutrition. Protests are emerging of people who, while concerned over Covid, are more concerned about dying from starvation and extreme poverty. Most vulnerable are women. You can read the full story here:
