For anyone that is farming in soils, access to farmland is a challenge to keep an eye on. If there is a reasonable deal, it may be worth stretching a little to get it. Recently, two plots of land sold in Iowa, without irrigation, for a stunning $29,600 an acre. You can read the full story here:
