2019 – Minnetonka City Facilities to be Powered by 100% Renewable Energy

Energy Central journalist Andrew Burger brings us the story of Minnetonka, Minnesota. The city is on track to power all city facilities with renewable energy. The move is expected to cut the city’s electricity bills in half – a savings of $500,000 a year. Minnetonka is a city of approximately 53,000 people.
