Urban Farming – Inspiring Young People

Journalist Amy Jo O’Donoghue of the Deseret News in Utah just covered a story of how popular urban farming is becoming in the state. While farmland is being lost in Utah, the actual number of farmers is increasing – mostly small urban farmers.
