I use the kelp / humic mix as a foliar spray, but not during flowering. Enter kelp meal! One small scoop of this at the stem base once or twice a month, and it doesn’t stink as nearly as I thought it would. The air gets a little hint of sea in it during watering, and for a couple hours afterwards. When the surface dries (I’m using coco), it no longer smells, until the next watering. Definitely five stars for a non-noxious product – and $10 worth will last me a long time as well.

I bought this product when I noticed my garden turning yellow. I top dressed it into the soil and also put some into a bottle for a spray. Just make sure to shake well so it doesnt clog. Everything greened up withing about 2 weeks. I noticed changes in about 3 days.

Kelp meal is one of the most valuable items in my garden. Works great as a soil amendment, top dressing or in teas.
I also like to re-hydrate about a half cup of it, then blend it up really well and store the resulting paste in my fridge. You can add 1 tbsp of the paste to a gallon of water and it becomes an instant kelp tea…great for foliar or soil drenches!

I was happy to find an affordable bulk source for kelp meal. I use it in my garden fertilizer mix. My plants are big, beautiful and nutrient dense! I also find the videos very informative AND entertaining. Add free shipping to the great products, information on how to mix them, and entertaining videos and I will be a customer for life.

I feed this to my dairy goats. It is wonderful for a mineral supplement. I have gotten a predominance of female offspring since I started using this, as females during development need more iodine than males.

Adds great nutrients to the soil to make my plants healthy and hearty. I feel much better using this instead of chemical fertilizers around my pets.

I use this stuff every year on my garden. The year after last I didn’t use and noticed a very slight taste difference. It tasted better adding this stuff, but I’m not 100%. I do know when you start seedlings using Kelp they are larger and more vigorous than the control group. I use a lot of kelp for vitamins and growth hormones..

Great value for a great product. I’ve always introduced it prior to tilling in the Spring. I have also steeped it and used it as a tea with success. I highly recommend it.
